Maclennan-LSE were contacted by CMS, as we were already dealing with other aspects of the project.  CMS had begun to excavate the Lift Pit and it began to fill with water.

As Approved Grace Contractors MacLennan-LSE were contracted by the main contractor to under take the installation of the Grace Preprufe and Bituthene waterproofing system.

First the Preprufe was laid over the pre-prepared blinding. The Preprufe was dress around the edge shutter and penetrations where detailed with Grace LM (Liquid Membrane)

The owners of this stylish property near Guildford in Surrey were looking to expand the living area without having to move from the area.

Consero Homes contracted MacLennan-LSE to work with their Architect on the design of the waterproofing of this large property in Weybridge, Surrey.
MacLennan-LSE have worked with Consero Homes on several projects, and we were glad to offer design expertise.

This building was built of Stepc blocks, then waterproofed with an external Bentonite system.

Water continued to penetrate after completion of the construction and internal fit out.

MacLennan worked closely with the Architects at Ascot Design to provide a robust waterproofing system that complied fully with BS8102 and was covered by Maclennan-LSE PI. MacLennan won the installation work at competitive tender.

MacLennan LSE worked as part of the design team to provide a specification for the waterproofing systems required for this multi million pound basement build and podium deck.

A large English country house built in 2001 in the Palladian style. In 2010 new wings were built onto the property.

Maclennan-LSE Waterproofing are working on an elegant Georgian country manor originally established as a Hunting Lodge in the 13th Century, then rebuilt by the Duke of Clarence in the 1740’s for royalty.
