Ian and Linda are the directors of Maclennan- LSE

Ian has been waterproofing buildings for 25 years and designing systems for over 15 years. Ian has expertise in most forms of waterproofing.

Ian Scoggins Based in Salisbury Ian has worked with Ian MacLennan for nearly 17 years. Ian is experienced in all forms of waterproofing, building construction, and heads up the POLYPRUFE division of Maclennan-LSE. Ian is CAD certified, designing waterproofing systems and overseeing site supervision. Ian also runs design meetings with architects and engineers and aids in the research and development of our products.

Jim is the contracts manager Jim has many years of expertise in all aspects of waterproofing. Jim is responsible for training and supervising the MACLENNAN-LSE technicians and for insuring the perfect delivery of contracts

Dave Moodey C.S.R.T Dave started in the Remedial industry in the early 70’s and was a founder of Renlon Preservation. Along with the other directors he built the company up to be the largest most successful company in London. Dave Left Renlon in 1991 and worked for himself as a surveyor before joining Terminix Peter Cox. In 2001 Dave joined Maclennan-LSE to head up the surveying team.

Mike Bromley C.S.R.T Mike has been in the remedial industry for over 25 years. Having headed up the technical department of the BWPDA he then left to join a large national Building preservation company as a branch manager before joining Maclennan-LSE in 2010.

The Onsite Team
The onsite staff are mixed trades but are dedicated to professional practice and customer service. Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of the specialist work they carry out, as well as rigorous Health and Safety. All of our staff are CSCS card holders.

The Rest Of The Team
Many of the team have worked with Ian & Linda for many years. We have dedicated health and safety and marketing departments, as well as inhouse testing facilities. We also have numerous other surveyors and a team of secretaries at your disposal.

Young Boris / Boris: site security
Boris has been with the company since he was a young lad. On completion of basic training has grown into the role of head of security. Boris is extremely good with staff but due to his surly nature is not used in a customer interfacing or relationship role.
